Aviva Brick Oven Catering and Special events Information

Our Aviva Chefs create an array of freshly prepared, delicious menu selections each and every day for our guests. With the addition of the new Aviva Express state of the art kitchen we now offer a full menu designed specifically for all your special occasions: social celebrations of all types, corporate events, office luncheons, graduation parties, showers, birthday parties, dinner parties, and more.

Our team will deliver your planned menu selections, or you can simply pick them up wrapped and ready at our Aviva Express store. We provide full set ups using quality serving utensils, soup/salad bowls, appetizer plates, dinner plates, and rolled flatware for a minimal fee. Chafing dishes are available for your use along with canned fuel. We will always provide you with a supply of take home containers.

A 15% service fee will be added to the final invoice when Aviva service staff is to assist with set up of your catered event. If staff is requested to remain onsite for service throughout your event a fee of $20 per hour will be assessed for each staff member. Aviva staff will accommodate all of the dining needs of your guests while you relax and enjoy your event. For that very special event add a dedicated bartender for the evening. Let Aviva take charge while you enjoy the day.

Delivery

Aviva has dedicated delivery vans. A catering delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to all catering orders within a 10 mile radius of our location.
 

Rentals

Aviva offers our restaurant and lounge space for your event. Please contact our catering team to discuss details.

You may purchase our reusable wire chafer with disposable heat source for $10.00 per set or rent our stainless steel chafing sets for $15.00 per set.

For any additional rental needs we have partnered with a premier rental company, Eventioneers Event Rental & Supplies. They are available to accommodate to any equipment you may want or need for your special occasion. Work with our catering team or contact Eventioneers directly at 724-766-6531 for more information.

 

Forms of Payment and Tax

A final guest count is due 48 hours prior to your event and a 20% deposit is required at the time the final guest count is provided. Your deposit will be taken by cash or credit card and held in the form of an Aviva gift card to be applied toward your final invoice. The guaranteed guest count will be used to prepare the invoice. Should the number of guest exceed your guarantee we will add the additional guests number to your final invoice and prepare accordingly.

All food and beverage services (pick up or delivery) are taxed at the current rate of 7% Non-profits must provide a tax-exempt form. We accept all forms of payments. Corporate checks, American Express, Visa, Master, Discover credit cards and of course cash. A 3% processing fee will be added for all credit card purchases.
